Description of services
Each driver provided with AVIS service center 24h telephone number, which helps 24 hours a day, every day of the year, by providing: practical assistance and expert advice in the event of a breakdown or accident.
Complete administration of incoming invoices from technical suppliers: checking the invoices accuracy (checking the correspondence of ordered job and price for it), provision of a single invoice on a monthly basis for whole fleet.
AVIS provides mileage control by monitoring actual mileage of the vehicle and its conformity to planned mileage according to contract. If there is a deviation in actual mileage from planned mileage, then AVIS at its discretion informs customer and suggests a solution accordingly. Mileage control is done based on invoices for services provided to vehicles and/or using GPS system if such installed.
AVIS stores and when necessary hands out additional (spare) set of keys.
AVIS provides and administrates purchase of vehicle and its registration according to state requirements.
AVIS does organization and administration of return of the vehicle to dealer (at the end of contract period) representing customers interests.
AVIS provides full package of insurance services according to customers’ needs.
- Obligatory third party liability insurance
TPL insurance for whole period of use.
- CASCO insurance
CASCO insurance for whole period of use. Conditions of insurance are provided according customer needs.
- Administration of insurances and accident management
AVIS administrates insurance policies and provides vehicles with valid TPL and CASCO insurance throughout the whole period of use. AVIS provides administration of insurance cases from the moment of an accident until vehicle is repaired and returned for usage. AVIS provides all necessary documentation, organizes repair works and represents customer in communication with authorities and services.
AVIS provides performing of obligatory technical inspection.
- Administration and organization of obligatory technical inspection
AVIS administrates obligatory inspection and dates when inspection needs to be done and informs customer accordingly.
- Costs of mandatory technical inspection
Costs related to regular obligatory technical inspection are included in the monthly payment according to state requirements.
- x sets of tires
Costs of x (amount) of winter or summer tire sets are included into monthly payment as showed on Title Page
- Winter and summer tires for whole period of use
AVIS provides corresponding tires for whole period of usage according to normal wear and planned mileage.
- Storage and inspection of tires
AVIS provides storage of non-seasonal tires until next season. Customer is informed about condition and wear of tires, and also AVIS gives advice on choosing appropriate tires.
- Tire mounting and balancing
AVIS provides mounting and balancing of tires 2 times per year. Client’s authorized person or each driver ( according to agreed conditions) will be informed about start date of tires changing period and service providing time is agreed by contacting AVIS service centre.
AVIS provides regular technical maintenances according to instructions given by manufacturer of the vehicle
- Costs of regular technical maintenances
Costs of regular technical maintenances according to instructions given by manufacturer of the vehicle for whole period of use according to planned mileage are included in the leasing payment.
AVIS administrates and organizes technical maintenances, repairs and other services. By contacting AVIS service centre customer receives technical support and can order technical maintenances, repairs and order other services.
AVIS provides control of technical condition of vehicle by collecting information given by performers of services or repairs and informs customer as agreed accordingly.
AVIS provides repairs according to normal wear and tear.
- Service costs according to normal wear and tear
Costs of repairs, what are not included in technical maintenances according to instructions of manufacturer, but have to be done according to normal wear and tear for whole period of usage according to planned mileage (such as, brake pads, brake discs, wipers, bulbs etc.) are included in the leasing payment.
AVIS ensures that the vehicle has a prolonged warranty period according to conditions set by manufacturer or other party accordingly.
AVIS provides replacement vehicle in case a principal vehicle can’t be used and this service includes into service package. Replacement vehicle will be provided only in territory of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia within 24 (twenty four) hours from occurrence of an accident.
AVIS service centre provides pick up of vehicle from customer and delivery back after agreed services are done (such as regular technical maintenance, additional services, tyre changing, washing/cleaning and etc.) Door to door service (transportation) has to be ordered and agreed in advance, and this service is included only for services included into contract or as showed on Title Page accordingly.
AVIS provide fuel cards, pays for the fuel and issues the invoice to customer on monthly basis. Detailed monthly reports are attached also.
AVIS provides vehicle washing and/or cleaning at AVIS partners.
AVIS provides a parking place near airport (Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn). This service has to be ordered in advance, and also customer can order other services (such as washing/ cleaning, tire change, regular technical maintenance and others) when vehicle is left at the airport.
AVIS provides GPS system mounting and administration from AVIS partners.
AVIS provides administration of other taxes (such as company’s light vehicle tax and etc.)
This service is provided to clients who have ordered vehicles and require the vehicle while waiting on new ordered one to arrive. Pre-delivery vehicles are available from AVIS short term rental fleet.
AVIS lease customer receives special offers and conditions (discounts) for AVIS short term rental services locally and worldwide.
AVIS provides customer with needed reports as agreed about fleet, contract information, technical condition, insurance cases etc.
